Imperial Luau

It's A Poolside Party, Pacific Island style, as Imperial Palace's Shangri-La pool is transformed into a Polynesian paradise! Now in its 17th year, the Imperial Luau is one of Vegas' favorite summertime traditions: a celebration of the South Seas at Center Strip. Guests will enjoy mai tais and pina coladas while feasting on traditional Polynesian favorites like roasted pig, seafood and other island cuisine. While dining, guests are entertained by authentic Polynesian entertainers including a fire eater, hula dancers and more.

The sights, sounds, flavors, and fun of the islands meet poolside at the Imperial Palace’s Imperial Luau. Starting May 3rd, the Shangri-la pool at the Imperial Palace will be transformed into a Pacific-Island paradise each Tuesday and Saturday at 7pm through September 30th.

Luau guests are greeted with authentic Hawaiian leis (VIP guests only) and treated to an all-you-can-eat experience. The island-themed cuisine features roasted pig, seafood, an extensive dessert bar and many other island favorites. Standard and call-brand cocktails may be purchased at the Shangri-La Pool Bar. When the sun sets the action begins as a cast of ten native island beauties host a traditional Hawaiian luau.
